HOW DO I PAY?
- Online payment by card — The eliteplants.ro online store uses Mobilpay / Netopia Payments services for online transactions. Payment can be made online using your personal or company card, under full security conditions. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos.
- Cash — if you choose to purchase directly from our physical stores.
- Cash on Delivery
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The price for one parcel is 20 RON VAT included, for localities covered by the CARGUS courier. For ordered products, the shipping cost will be communicated to the customer by phone or email depending on the products ordered.
For products marked with "FREE DELIVERY", shipping costs are covered by us. This benefit applies only to localities where courier services have working points. For localities where CARGUS does not have a working point, the shipping cost will be communicated to the customer by phone or email.
The shipping fee will be displayed on the invoice and included in the amount payable to the courier.
Delivery timeframe:
For products in stock, if you choose cash on delivery, the order is dispatched immediately after we confirm stock availability. If you choose bank transfer payment, dispatch takes place immediately after payment confirmation at: CONTACT@ELITEPLANTS.EU. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
For products not in stock, the delivery timeframe will be communicated upon request by email.
NICO PROFI CORPORATION SRL assumes no contractual liability towards the customer upon placement of an order.
Definition of a sales contract (Art. 2, point 5) under E.O. 34/2014: any contract under which the professional transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of products to the consumer, and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price thereof, including any contract whose object covers both products and services.
The contract is concluded at the moment the fiscal invoice is issued, and not at the time the order is placed or the automatic order confirmation is sent. If certain out-of-stock products were confirmed via the automatic email, NICO PROFI CORPORATION SRL does not thereby create any obligation to deliver those products to the customer.
Products are dispatched daily from our premises at around 14:00, with a delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days.
